These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 1jjo platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, live tables, promotional offers, and payment facilities made available through 1jjo.org. Please read this document in full before using the platform. By creating a 1jjo account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated software (bots), arbitrage betting, or exploitation of technical errors is strictly prohibited. 1jjo employs real-time fraud detection systems. Accounts found in violation are permanently closed and funds forfeited.
Withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) to verified payment accounts only. All withdrawals require a completed KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method — JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers are typically the fastest.
1jjo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their account. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
References to "including" or "includes" are to be read as "including without limitation." Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where a clause contains a list, each item in the list is a separate obligation or restriction.
2.1 Age Requirement. The 1jjo platform is strictly for adults. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the platform. 1jjo conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed, all wagering activity voided, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment source. Bonus winnings accrued by under-age players will not be paid out under any circumstances.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming platforms is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering with 1jjo. 1jjo makes no representations as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable local laws.
2.3 Registration Accuracy. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, Pakistani CNIC number, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account termination.
2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one active 1jjo account. Players found operating multiple accounts — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices are used — are in breach of these terms. 1jjo reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings associated with them.
2.5 Self-Excluded Players. If you have voluntarily self-excluded from the 1jjo platform or from any gaming platform affiliated with our operating group, you are not permitted to register a new account or access the platform during the exclusion period. Attempting to do so constitutes a breach of these terms.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1jjo Login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 1jjo will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 1jjo support immediately.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC). 1jjo is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Verification typically requires submission of a copy of your Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport, plus proof of your registered payment method. 1jjo reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.3 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as inactive. 1jjo reserves the right to deduct a monthly maintenance fee from the balance of inactive accounts after written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactive period may be closed permanently.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your 1jjo account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
4.1 Permitted Payment Methods. 1jjo currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary. Players are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method is in good standing and registered in their own name.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the 1jjo platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set out in the cashier section of the platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. A withdrawal request may only be submitted once the player has: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) deposited a minimum of once using the intended withdrawal method; and (c) fulfilled any applicable bonus wagering requirements on any bonus funds held in the wallet. 1jjo reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request.
4.4 Withdrawal to Same Source. 1jjo applies an anti-money laundering policy requiring that withdrawals be returned to the same source from which the original deposit was made. Exceptions may be considered at 1jjo's discretion with appropriate supporting documentation.
4.5 Third-Party Payments. Deposits from accounts or payment instruments not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the associated transaction voided.
5.1 Eligibility. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific eligibility criteria, including but not limited to: minimum deposit amount, account verification status, geographic location, and existing player classification. 1jjo reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility to specific player segments without prior notice.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. The wagering requirement, eligible games (by game type, studio, or individual title), minimum odds where applicable, and expiry date are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Wagering on games excluded from the promotion does not contribute to the requirement.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of wagering contributions, use of multiple accounts, or any other technique deemed by 1jjo to constitute bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
5.4 Promotion Period. All promotions are valid for the period specified in the individual offer. 1jjo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at its discretion, with notification provided to affected players where practicable.
6.1 General Gaming Rules. Each game available on the 1jjo platform is governed by its own set of game rules, accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those specific game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these general terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of game conduct.
6.2 Sports Betting. All sports betting activity, including cricket betting (PSL, international fixtures, and tournaments), UFC, and other covered sports, is governed by 1jjo's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately and form part of this Agreement. Bets are accepted subject to stated maximum stake limits per event and per market. 1jjo reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline any bet at its sole discretion.
6.3 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or clearly erroneous odds being offered (palpable error), 1jjo reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. A "palpable error" is defined as odds or payouts that are manifestly incorrect due to human or system error and would not have been offered in normal circumstances. No player shall be entitled to retain winnings derived from a technical malfunction or palpable error.
6.4 Disconnection Policy. In live casino and in-play betting, if you experience a disconnection during a game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. 1jjo is not liable for connectivity issues caused by your device or network.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1jjo platform. Violation of any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the 1jjo platform — including but not limited to the 1jjo brand name, logo, game graphics, software, interface design, written content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1jjo or its duly licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
8.2 Limited Licence. 1jjo grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the platform strictly for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, broadcast, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content.
8.3 Trademarks. The 1jjo name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of any 1jjo trademark in any commercial or public context is strictly prohibited.
9.1 Commitment. 1jjo is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment and that all players should be able to participate within their personal financial and emotional limits.

10.1 Platform Availability. 1jjo does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific services. 1jjo will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1jjo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
10.3 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 1jjo's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Force Majeure. 1jjo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond 1jjo's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, power failures, or third-party service provider failures.
11.1 The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by 1jjo is governed by the 1jjo Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering with 1jjo, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
11.2 1jjo may share your personal data with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and anti-fraud service providers where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of other players.
11.3 1jjo will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. 12.1 Amendments. 1jjo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 1jjo will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or through a platform notification. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this document. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
12.2 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 1jjo holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
12.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a player and 1jjo, the player must first contact 1jjo's customer support team in order to attempt an informal resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution service designated by 1jjo's licensing authority.
12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
12.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Sportsbook Rules, and any specific game rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1jjo with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
